Formalities

In this section you will find the different procedures you can do in Covenant, with all the necessary information for each procedure. For greater speed and efficiency, we invite you to read carefully the characteristics of each procedure, and prepare your documentation online by following the instructions below :

APP Puerto Aventuras Covenant

Where : As your presence in our office is not required for this process, registration for the APP will be done only by email to meet our all digital policy.

Use : Register your guests and suppliers access to Puerto Aventuras and manage your participation in the community (fees, emergency alerts, community information, safety chat)..

Term : Maximum 24 hours.

Procedure : You must be Owner or Tenant and have the PA Passport to access the APP, send the requirements by email

Cost : Free

Documents :

1. Download and Fill the form. It is a word document that is downloaded to your computer, then you have to enable editing to be able to include your data.
2. Attach a photo of your vehicle’s license plates.
3. Attach photo of your PA Passport of both sides.

Must Bring : Nothing, everything is sent by email

Pasaporte PA

Where : It is requested at the administrative office located in front of the Beach Club (Monday to Friday 9 am-3 pm).

Use : Access by preferential lanes in the resort, access to the Beach Club and the Central Park Courts. Discount on Tennis Courts, Golf Course and Restaurants.

Term : Immediate Delivery.

Procedure : Go to the office to fill out the form, take a photo and receive your card

Cost :  500 MXP.  Covenant members receive 60 %  discount

Documents : Fill out and sign the form. To save time you can download the document and print it or send it by email to contribute to our all digital policy. Download Format for Owner or Format for Tenant. Formato para Propietario o Formato para Arrendatario.

Must Bring :

If you are an Owner :
1. Official identification.
2. Property title.
3. Photos of your Vehicule Licence Plates.

If you are Tenant :
1. Official identification.
2. Lease Agreement.
3. Copy of the Owner ID
4. Photos of your Vehicule Licence Plates.

Employee Identification and Access Card

Where : It is requested at the administrative office located in front of the Beach Club (Monday to Friday 9 am-3 pm).

Use : Card needed by your employees to access the resort.

Term : Immediate Delivery.

Procedure : Your employee must go to the Covenant office with the Responsive Letter and the Identification Form, take a photo and receive their card.

Cost : 250 MXP.  Covenant members receive 60 %  discount

Documents : Fill out and sign the Responsive Letter and the Identification Form. To save time you can download the documents and print them or send them by email to contribute to our all digital policy. Must Bring:

1. Official identification of the Employer.
2. Official Employee Identification.
3. Both forms signed by the Employer.

Employee Identification and Access Card with vehicle

Where : It is requested at the administrative office located in front of the Beach Club (Monday to Friday 9 am-3 pm).

Use : Essential card so that your employees can access the resort with their vehicle through the preferential employee lane.

Term : Immediate Delivery.

Procedure : Your employee must go to the Covenant office to fill out the form, take a photo and receive their card.

Cost :  500 MXP.  Covenant members receive 60 %  discount
