Joining PA Covenant AC is very simple, you just have to fill out the attached registration form and take it to our office, as well as sign the letter of resignation to your current residents´ association, which we will present on your behalf. You can download the documents below:

How much should you pay?
To calculate the maintenance fee it is necessary to bring the last receipt of payment from your current association. At Covenant, we match the maintenance fees of the other resident association so there is no distortion or unfair competition..

If you are not up to date with your maintenance fees
If you are not up to date on your maintenance fees, you can pay the amount due to Covenant. We do not make discounts on unpaid maintenance fees because we consider it unfair to do so, and out of respect to those who paid their maintenance fees in full and on time, but we do not charge late interest on past accounts. In addition, we understand that the current situation is complicated, which is why we propose interest-free payment plans that are realistic, based on the specific situation of each affiliate. Example : If you unpaid maintenance fees of a house with 3.5 hotel keys since the third quarter of 2018, that is, if you have brought a receipt without debt to pay in the period of June-Sep 2018, then you must pay 14 744 pesos to catch up.
How to Pay your Fees ?
You will receive an invoice by email detailing the amount to be paid each quarter. If you pay during the first month of the quarter there will be a 10% discount. You can pay by bank transfer or by credit card but we appreciate if you can pay by bank transfer because when paying with credit card, we are charged 5% of bank fees. If you do not have a bank account then you may pay it without problem by credit card, asking our office to issue you an invoice for credit card payment.
