News Nº36: Number of Access, Revalidation and Passport for all

The confidence that security gives us at the entrance of the development is noted in the increase of our population and number of access to the Resort. Last week we registered 49,091 access, of which 33,180 entered with vehicles (7,917 owners / residents with passports, 10,297 employees, 14,966 visitors) and 15,911 people walking or cycling, which means more than 7,000 daily entries, a number that will continue to grow in the high season and with which we exceed 2.5 million visitors a year.

This increase in visitors has been a logistical challenge for Covenant, which continues to refine the systems to avoid inconvenience to the Community.

Revalidation : This week we have started the general revalidation of all PA Passports issued from the beginning, starting with employee passports. Validation is done by email. You will receive the instructions from the email: covenantvalidacion@gmail.com. Nothing should be done until the email is received (we recommend checking the spam folder of the email account from time to time, in case you have not received it). This validation will last for several weeks because there are thousands of employees working in the Resort, and it will be done in alphabetical order of the owners’ emails.

You have a period of 7 days after receiving the email to validate your employees by sending us back to that same email, the photo of the PA Passport of each employee that you want to validate, as well as a copy of their PA Passport to verify that who has requested revalidation and is effectively an owner or resident in Puerto Aventuras. If the information is not received within the stipulated period, the passports that have not been revalidated will be deactivated and the entry suspended until the passport is revalidated.

Owners without PA Passport : In the last week an average of 82 people a day of supposed owners / residents entered the subdivision without a passport, wasting considerable time for the community (82 people losing 1 minute and a half for their registration, there are 2 hours of useless lines that impose every day all the people behind them in line waiting to enter the subdivision). Not having a passport disrupts the proper functioning of the entrance and creates a security risk for the entire community. Therefore, we kindly request that each resident have their passport to enter the Resort.

For those who refuse to have a passport, we will have to apply, for the good of the community, the following measures with immediate effect:

* Employee passports cannot be revalidated, so owners / residents without a passport must go personally to look for their employees, clients or visitors every day at the entrance to the subdivision.

* The passport will be required to enter the Beach Club, otherwise you will have to purchase the day-pass to enter.

* Passport will be required to enter Central Park, which for your information is not a public park, but private property.

* Anyone who provides a QR code to people without a passport, or facilitates the entry of their employees, will see their privileges suspended. If you want to help your friends without a passport, the best thing you can do is convince them to acquire your passport for the good of the community.

The community has seen the work we have done this year to increase security at the entrance to Puerto Aventuras. Now we are going to provide a personalized internal security service for our members. If you are interested in receiving it, we invite you to join Covenant by visiting our office.
