Next, we want to inform you about some important dates for the community :

April 28, 2021 : it is the deadline to join Covenant if you want to benefit from the 20% discount on your water bill for the month of April (to be paid before May 10). Discounts are not retroactive. Those who join after this date will be able to benefit from the discount starting next month. It is a good discount that can save you thousands of pesos each year, it is worth taking advantage of it now.

April 30, 2021 : last day to have the 10% discount for prompt payment of your fees to Covenant for the Second Quarter.

April 30, 2021 : it is the deadline to buy your PA Passport with the current price of 120 pesos for employee and 250 pesos for a vehicle card. As of May 1, prices will be 200 and 400 pesos.

April 30, 2021 : last day to use the employment letter that allows entry for employees who do not have a passport. As of May 1, all employees without a PA Passport will be denied access and will have to request their employer to pick him/ her up at the main entrance, clarifying that only owners and residents are allowed to pick up their employees.

May 1, 2021 : end of the transition period for the APP, with which visitors and suppliers who do not have their QR code will not be able to access the Resort and must request who invites them, to pick them up at the entrance, clarifying that only owners and residents are allowed to enter with their guests or suppliers.

We want you to remember that the vast majority of residents have requested greater security control at the entrance. We are making positive changes that benefit the entire community and enhance its properties, but it is important that everyone collaborates to implement
the changes as soon as possible. The objective is that each person who enters Puerto Aventuras has a digital record (PA Passport or QR Code), so if you still do not have the Passport or the APP http://colonos.org/en/app we invite you to get it.

We cannot continue as if in the last century, using pencil and paper to register a million visitors a year. We are in 2021, and we have to work with the tools offered by new technologies to improve our security (APP, High Definition cameras, fiber optics …).
